In case you wanted to get to know FANDIP, the acronym means Fumarola AND Intellectual Property. It is a Consultation IP office which, since the start, has always wanted to confer safeguard all around the world to: Trademarks, Design and Copyrights.
Fumarola is the surname of FANDIP’s founder: Francesco Paolo Fumarola, a qualified Consultant in Trademarks and Design in Italy and the European Union, with registration number 1676 M in the Order of Industrial Property Consultants.
Every day, he helps companies to select, register and take care of their trademark even after the obtainment of registration.
Now that you know who I am, I want to tell you that with my FandIP working group, I have participated in the creation of many distinctive signs, as well as in the protection of over 1537 filed and registered trademarks all over the world.
In 2023 I was invited to the UIBM stand (the Italian Patent and Trademark Office is an office of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy), to offer consultation to operators in the wine sector at the international Vinitaly fair in Verona.
I also deal with technical Evaluations at the Courts, in civil and criminal matters.
In fact, I am registered with number 4866/2019 at the Court of Naples as an expert in the matter.
I have gained experience as a Court Expert in numerous cases of counterfeiting which I have dealt with mainly in criminal matters (e.g., customs blocks of supposedly counterfeit goods), starting from the automotive sector, that of figurative arts, up to furnishing accessories. Legal issues which saw the "plaintiffs" as owners of brands such as "Mini" by BMW, Lamborghini, Range Rover, Apple, Batman, Spiderman, Bticino, Vimar, Thun, Smile, etc.
